Not only is this wax perfect for base prep and training, but it is also recommended for racing, although it is suggested to go with a fluoro wax in this temperature area. The speed of the iron should be approximately 8-10 seconds on a skating or alpine ski. For better durability, the wax can be re-heated after cooling to room temperature (10 min).
