Ordering & Payment

Order Confirmation

You will receive an order confirmation number at the conclusion of your order process as well as an email that states your order number and your approximate order total.

Order Status 

You can check your order status by clicking on order status and entering your order number and email address.

International Orders

Credit Card & Geiger's Gift Card Payment  

We accept the following methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Geiger’s Gift Cards. We can also process your payment with a credit card directly over the phone or via fax if you prefer.

Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on backorder, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships. Your shipping and handling charges will be prorated to the value of the shipment.

For verification purposes, every purchase made with a gift card also requires you to enter a credit card number. It will only be charged if the order exceeds the amount on your gift card. Therefore, in this case, you will be charged the outstanding order balance.


Purchasing & Redeeming Geiger's Gift Cards

A Geiger's Gift Card is the perfect way to give something special to everyone on your list! Geiger's Gift Cards can be used online or at our Lakewood or Chagrin Falls stores. Geiger's Gift Cards can be shipped to you, sent to the recipient, or picked up at either of our store locations. Purchase a Geiger's eGift Card!


Returns & Exchanges


Your happiness is important to us! To return or exchange a non-sale item, it must be in it's original, pristine condition and returned within 14 days for a refund. Non-sale items returned after 14 days will receive a store credit. Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Sale items returned after the 7 days will be exchanged for a store credit.

Sale merchandise discounted 40% off or more that is listed FINAL SALE online or marked in red in-stores is final sale. No returns or exchanges on final sale merchandise. Final sale merchandise cannot be returned for merchandise credit.

If you are shipping your Return or Exchange

For returns you must include the original packing slip indicating the reason of your return for a refund of the merchandise purchase price.

For exchanges please indicate on the packing slip the color and/or size you wish to exchange for. If you are making an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, you will not be charged for the reshipment of the item to you. If you are making an exchange for a different item, you will be charged a new shipping fee to your original method of payment.

To return or exchange an online purchase at a Geiger’s store

When making a return or exchange at one of our stores, bring your original packing list and the items in their original packaging. Items must be in their original, pristine condition and returned within 30 days. Sale merchandise must be returned within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund. Sale items returned after the 7 days will be exchanged for a merchandise credit.

Item Availability

We make every effort to keep sufficient stock of all items listed on our website, but sometimes we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item you’ve ordered, we will notify you via email. Any changes will be reflected in your order total and our shipping confirmation.




Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

P.O. Boxes

Orders shipped to P.O. Boxes are sent via USPS priority mail only. Overnight and Express delivery options are unavailable.

In-Store Pick Up

All orders can be picked up from either our Lakewood, or Chagrin Falls locations. Simply select the store you would like to pick-up your purchase at as your shipping option. You can choose from Lakewood Pick-up and Chagrin Falls Pick-up. Geiger's will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up at your desired location.  You must have your order confirmation with you when picking up your order.
