The Blaze 86 Women's Skis are essentially the same ski and binding that the Volkl Blaze 86 men's version is, just offered in smaller length sizes to accommodate a women's body that much better. Coming in ski lengths of 146- 166 centimeters tall, they offer the same construction and dimensions, as well as being light weight and very maneuverable. The Volkl Blaze 86 skis are a fantastic all-mountain option for intermediate to advanced skiers that want an easy-going, light, and poppy ski to take them anywhere on the resort. At 86-millimeters under the boot, these aren't the widest skis out there, but they are certainly wider than any frontside carving ski or system ski that you may have been on in the past, and with some rocker and taper, you'll be sure to handle any variable snow and terrain with ease. If you want to get more involved with bumps and trees, this is probably one of the best skis to do that with as they are incredibly maneuverable and forgiving.
